Props to Flux, got my renewal with a slight increase per year, £901, then after haggling the life out of em and gettin comparable quotes elsewhere they went down to £712 per year which im mega happy about, been with flux for nearly 5 years nearly now and can't fault their prices or service :)

Hello All - New to the world of Land Rover's and just saw this thread. We have just picked up a 2001 Discovery 2 and our insurance is around the £400 mark. Is the higher quote mentioned here due to driver age/model/modifications? Cheers...

Well that's the cheapest I got by a loooong way, flux only seem good when the vehicle is modded or of a specialist nature, my dad got quoted about £890 for his standard vectra lol, that quote of mine was the best, still expensive compared to others but personally that's the cheapest I've had it since I started driving on 2005, that's only for TPFT though, as mentioned still the cheapest for me and I had to haggle to get it down that much, a satisfied customer nonetheless tho :)

I'm 24, 5 yrs NCB and a few mods all declared

Just got my renewal from flux and it's £550. Was £510 last year. Insurance spec is the same. 7.8% rise. :(

edit: got it down to £500 now. It seems Mr Flux may have been concerned about the risk of me doors falling orf. I've put they're minds at ease. Simple mistake to make. :)
