Jatco auto box looking for a new home

I have a auto gearbox for a 2003 td4 freelander, purchased from a guy breaking his motor with 86k, needs a wire repair or bypass on 1 of the connection barrels and the duty solenoid replaced, I never used it and have since sold my auto freelander. Anybody that wants it can have it as i don’t want to weigh it in for scrap, weighs approx 94kg and is in sw Scotland but can drop of in Carlisle, Dumfries or Ayr etc obviously no gaurentee etc as it’s free

If I was closer, I'd take it off your hands. Mine is going to need replacing, long before the FL1 is ready for scrap.

About as far up as the Tamar. So several hundred miles short of Scotland.

Mayne worth a check with a courier. I have sent 80kg for about £60. Depends what needs to be spent to put it right I guess.

I can tie it to a pallet if that helps anyone

Does he have a cheap working IRD going spare?
