You are entitled to your opinion, fortunately it seems to be a minority one.
A few incompetent/ corrupt testers don't invalidate the entire system. There are corrupt coppers, take it you wouldn't be in favour of abolishing the police altogether!
Police? who mentioned police? we're discussing MOT's here not the Police!! I'm 100% in favour of our Police Force, I think they're doing a fantastic job being a Law abiding citizen. You need to stay on topic!
