is this a green lane or private?

hi. looking to go green lane tomorrow but not sure if thus is public or not.
Garton Balk Driffield. about 4 miles from Driffield east yorkshire off Scarborough road. could someone please let me know? had a look on map but a bit unclear apears to be a dead end with loafs if farmers fields at end.

local Right Of Way Officer at the council..... he is your friend... the definative map kept at the council is the only real source of upto date info.

find out the phone number of the ROW officer they will tell you over the phone. just remeber that the diff map does change as TRO's are added or changed.
