There is a 'use once' crush sleeve between the two taper bearings on the IRD output drive to the prop shaft (pinion). It don't seem to be included in that kit?
I recently bought the bearing kit that Bells use and changed the bearings in the IRD output shaft and the oil seal, I reused the old sleeve with the new bearings, after torquing it up & checking the rotational torque on the bearings it all went back ok.
What I found after a lot of web searching - the sleeve is no longer available on its own (the one for the rear diff is tho'), there are kits for just the the IRD crown wheel and pinion inc. bearings that do include it (>£160). I did not find any rebuild kits that did include the crush sleeve.
It's your choice, if the old one works then it a cheap fix, if it don't then you will have to take it apart again and find a way to get the bearing pre-load right.
Pulling the drive flange off the pinion is a job in itself!
