The guys had a nice stay in a 5 star hotel in Teheran to refresh and sitting chillin'.
Heading north together with Ali Kani up from Saturday morning.
Only some alternator belt trouble so far, fingers crossed ...

My wifes a bit scared, still alot of stuff goes on over there against Bahai's so it would be a bit of a risk.

In Tehran, at a lunch stop, had our first encounter with the Iranian version of Land Rover: The Pazhan (pronounced Pajan)... 6 cyl petrol Hyundai engine...

The Baron, (the blue Rangie), for maintenance at Eng. Surang workshop. It was a Range Rover dreamland!
Murtaza is adjusting the carburettor setting as a prep work for the engineer to have a look.
Once Eng. Surang started working on the carbs, they found that the rubber diaphragm were cracked and springs are gone on both carbs. They changed both and cleaned the air filter and it sounded much better.

They tried measuring the timing, but the tool did not pick any signal from the spark plug lead. He questioned the tool but in fact we found later that the spark plug lead was broken...
