Hi Guys
I Have been using your forum as guest for a while now and have usually found what i was looking for from one or more of your experienced and knowledgeable members. So i figured that now i finally have my own land rover i would join properly and hopefully i may be able to help someone else as you guys have helped me, call it knowledge repayment if you like.
I inhereted my old 90 when my Dad passed away earlier this year and as a result of reading the various threads on here have set about giving it a 2 inch lift with Terrafirma + 2" medium load front springs on both front and rear, +2" TF shock turrets and dislocation cones,+ 5" TF Shocks all round, axle mounted rear dislocation cones cranked trailing arms, extended brake lines and bump stops.
all of this i have fitted myself over the last few weeks doing a couple of hours a night,i have skinned my knuckles,banged my head, lost nuts and bolts and also done a lot of effing and jeffing. hopefully it'll all work well at parkwood 4x4 centre in november. fingers crossed.
