Hi,

Having trouble starting in the morning, I decide to check the glow plugs just in case. But before getting to the plug, I see an injector that look greasy.

Injector seal ?

You can check all glow plug continuity from the multi connector in the L shaped box. The connector is next to the glow plug relay and has 4 wires in a square formation at one end of the multi. They are individual wires to each plug and colours are: black with purple. Black with green, black with red and black with yellow.

Might be leaking from copper washer and o ring on injector. If it is then whip it out and replace the o ring and washer.

Hi,

Finally, I bring the car to the garage, they did a leak back test, one injector has been replaced. Now it’s start on the button. Now it's fixed.

For the glow plugs, 4 years ago, I replaced them myself. Recently I tested the glow plug relay with a small 9V battery, it was good.

So worth checking injectors for a starting issue in winter.
