hi all hoping someone may have an idea i believe my disco engine has been tweeked at some stage... i have been informed its somthing to do with over fueling and i need to turn down the injector pump ? i trust the guy who has told me this but before i go ahead with it i thought i would run it by you guys first. see if there are any other ideas out there

thanks

i've never done it but from what i have read on here it is a lot harder to set it back to normal than it is to tune it up.

Why do you want it to put it back?

It is on top of the injector pump. Usually under a little cap there should be a little locking nut and allen screw. Winding in increases fuelling and winding out decreases fuelling. Be very delicate though as it only needs to be a small adjustment!

the reason i need to turn it down is over fueling, smoking, compression in the engine..... the list goes on. i can only think that someone with no idea turned it up too much. thank you very much for your replies.
