Hi there I hope all are keeping safe n strong
I was bored, so I decided to look at the high level brake light, as most know it goes a little sun bleached, mine was no different, in fact it had started to delaminate/crack on the rear most face, so sensing another point of water leaks and because it looked bloody awful I bought a new one..
Any guesses..
It was MR who flung dung and MR wun hunglow from eBay, ( again )
Although this time it had already come on a slow boat from China, but it stopped off in Ireland.. I'm guessing for the Guinness !! ,
I paid in euros, and it worked out at £26.00 all in with well packaged delivery and quick to boot.
The only thing I found was the terminal was different to car, so i snipped off the old one a re soldered it to the new light, other than that all working and a perfect fit, looks a bit more respectable too.
Here is a link.. and a couple of photos.
if it helps...
