Hi all, next job is looming i think (after i can be bothered to do the handbrake anyways )
How bad is a bad front hub oil seal? I am now getting about one drip of oil per day on the inside tyrewalls, after sitting for about 8 hours.
The swivels look fine so i guess the seals are just knackered.
Also, is it true you can snip the new seals at 12 o'clock and reassemble so you dont have to pull the hubs and balls off too??? I know they have a garter spring inside (which you obviously don't cut) but i'm sure i read that method somewhere sensible.
