I've got a lovely set of compomotive alloys which were one of the selling features of the knackered landie I bought.
Since putting disco axles on front and rear the alloys no longer self centre on the hubs (designed for the old style drum axles) and so need to be lifted into position & held exactly whilst nuts are slotted into place. (The nuts don't have a tapered lead in so if not in perfect alignment they won't go in/on)
Anyone have a solution other than 'bin em ..... all alloys look.....'
