My question however is; some of the buggy racers have some pretty substantial bollocks in the back!
How much do you think something like this would cost to build from scratch? Obviously they vary considerably but in the UK, how much have people paid on parts to build these things...and what was the build time?
And what level of mechanical knowledge would someone need to build one, I was always good with Meccano when I was a kid:rolleyes:
If anyone has a project like this please share, I would love to see some awesome toys!!

Basically all down to the double shock setups, King Coilover shocks with bypass shocks also. Damn expensive setup but it would be epic, on any 4x4. In the US there are coilover and bypass shocks put onto a lot of recreational 4x4's such as jeeps and normal pickups. Guess its not too long before we will start seeing them here as a kit! :) Have seen a few of these suspension setups on some competition landies.

Speaking of which I did see one for sale in the uk on ebay a little while back. It was about £36k I think. Why you would want one in the UK I have no idea. Though it would sure give the bobble hats on the beach something new to complain about :D
