Horn not working

Hi all, my 2002 freelander horn isn't working. The fuses and relays are fine, when I press the horn button the relay doesn't click it it does clock when I turn the key on and off. Where would the problem be? Would it be the buttons in the car? How do I fix it?

The clock spring under the steering wheel is a common failure.
You can swap the wires at each end of the clock spring to some connections that aren't used, like for the CC, assuming it doesn't have CC.
