Hi everyone!

HI all,I thought Id just have a look around and introduce myself.
I've just bought myself a 1.8 Freelander,and after all the horror stories I've heard I must say I'm quite pleased with it.
It's done 93,000 miles and drives like brand new!
It does have some niggles but I expected that ,It is a 1999 on a V.
Everyone I know said dont buy a white one,but I like the fact , that I hardly ever see one the same.
It has roof rails,black sidesteps,black privacy glass and black lightguards and 15" 5 spoke alloys.
Like I say , you definately dont lose it in a carpark full of red,black ,silver and green freelanders. HA HA lol!

Hi, ormus and wesley pegden,thanks for the welcome.
I know it's not a real 4x4,but I could'nt get the finance on a landrover 110,all the cars I wanted were either out of my miniscule budget(£3500) or classed as too old.So a freelander it was,I had to bargain quite hard to get that for my budget,but there we go , still a cheap car really!
As for thick skin,my wife say's it's thicker than a rhino's or is that hippo's ?
