Need more help please,TD4 auto 02

As i was going up a hill today at about 30mph there was a big vibration as i accelerated, seems to be coming from the prop area, only does it under load

Thanks Chris

You sure you just weren't trying to climb the hill with two few revs? I find if I feather foot it up some inclines here in Scotland the whole car will shudder, plant the accelerator in the carpet so it kicks down a gear and its fine, it's just trying to climb the hill in too high a gear with insufficient revs, it gets caught between the gears, in my experience.

Jodsclass is quite possibly right - but I would also check the turbo hoses for splits that look like they were made by a Stanley knife.

Underside of hoses and the 90 degree bend one in particular.

Get someone to rev the engine a little as they are not under pressure at idle.

I've had the same problem and found after a bit of testing out it was just not enuff of the heavy pedal.I have done a fair bit of testing as i had just fitted new VCU bearings and then re-fitted the prop.Hopefully your's is the same.
