Help Please.... Roof rails.

Hi all.

Happy new year to everybody.

I have a 51 plate freelander 3 door. I am selling it and i wish to keep the roof rails at the back.

I have checked over the internet and i can't seem to find any instructions on how to remove them.

I want them to still be in working order as i want to use them on my new 04 plate facelift.

If anyone could help, i would be grateful.

They just unscrew. I think there should be a tool in the jack box.

you just unbolt them but you would need to put some blanks in to cover the holes.. can be bought off ebay

i only no this as i dnt have them and i have the blanks

Hi , you will need to remove the 2 blocks from the front , and replace the blanking strips , and replace the 2 covers on the rear of the car . you may need to use bits from your new car .
