Help needed Dyce aberdeen area

So travelling from Aberdeen to Macduff made it to new macher when suddenly this horrid rumbling and vibration coming through the clutch pedal and gearbox occasionaly. Parked up turned off and checked prop shaft and areas around gearbox. Set off slowly back towards aberdeen on start up doesn't sound or feel smooth lkke vibration play, but doesn't happen all the time. I have had the release bearing be noisy for months and now noise is gone and selecting gears better. Before I would fight to get into first gear.

Anyone around to help or tow me back up to mine, I'm worried about sitting in traffic and losing all gear selection. Am I safe to drive it a few miles in stand still traffic home or...
