Is there any way of getting warmer heaters in a 90? ive heard they can be real cold in winter, and wouldnt mind a bit of heat when i move my little boy around

As you may be aware I havent purchased a 90 yet but just getting things arranged

All i did was make sure all the cables are adjusted, all the air gaps on the heater box are sealed. You might need to strip the box down and re pack the foam round the matrix then bleed the air out. Thats all i did on the last two, made them proper toasty.

Ehat i did find was every one in the back said it was cold, guess it was the baulkhead stopping the hot air getting in the back so i made another heater.

Got a matrix and fan from a Volvo 440, made up a MDF box then T jointed the piping straight into the existing heater pipes off the engine. Put a switch via a relay on the dash.
This sucks the air straight from the cab so its pre heated and blows it straight in the back.

is it hot, yep drive in the middle of winter in T shirts!
