Hi there,

I have a td4 2003 freelander and today tried to put the heater on and nothing. Move the switch from 1 -4 and nothing. Checked the fuse (f4) and ok. Any ideas what this might be? Costly?

Everything else works on the dash consol

Your help will be much appreciated

It might just be a bad connection, my 1998 Freelander does this occasionally and opening the glove box below the steering wheel then slamming it shut again usually works :rolleyes:

The fan connection is accessed from the drivers footwell, look right at the back of the centre console and you will see the connector, make sure its fitted properly. It wont be the resistor pack as fan speed 4 does not operate through the resistor.
