Harmon kardon stereo fault

My harmon kardon stereo has lost all it's display but still works fine, any ideas on if an easy fix or which metal prongs are for the display on the detachable front panel? Thanks guys in advance!

mine is a complete unit you can not take just the head off.

Hi mate, mine has a small detachable anti theft front panel on it. On the front of the unit it just says 'navigation system' which I believe is the Becker head unit. Also it has the steering wheel controls on it. Everything works except the display! Drives me mad
