Far as I could tell yes,

Did a half decent amount of research, area is owned by Tim Fry Land Rovers, they more or less allow anyone there as long as your not dumping stuff on the site, which appears to be a flytipping favorite area,

I would recommend either tall wheels or an Axel lift,

more than once did i scrap along the ground with my 2 inch lift
