Gunson Micrometer Tappet Adjuster????

Anyone ever used one of these? and are they any good?

Yes, and I thought so. It was in my Triumph Herald/Vitesse days and it allowed an easy setting of gaps that took up all the wear slack, cupping of rockers etc. provided you had everything moving easily. If the screws or locking nuts were sticking on their threads it wasn't going to work properly but that was usually fixed by running everything up and down their threads once or twice. It's pretty easy to use.

What he said...............Great for taking up the slack in a "naked" engine just as you sell it, or for getting round the M25 in a series with only 3 tappet stops
