Hi All,
Just saying hello! Seems right to.
This site has been so useful for issues in the past - reading through the threads and fixing my Landie issues - Cracking!! - I thought it about time I register and put the odd note and hint back in - as and if I'm of help!
I used to have a (first car) SIII SWB 1977 - 2 1/4 Low Compression - lovely little machine - so wish I still had it - apart from a bit of welding and various other "minor" items - it was a gem - in my eyes anyway!. After that I had ye oldie 90 Turbo.. 1988 - 19J - had an engine rebuild, shot bulkhead, everything broke - hmm... Then I defected to Mitsi and Toymota - 1 x Pajero, and 2 x Landcruisers (4.2 and 4.7), the Amazon 4.7 was a nightmare, so I defected back to Landie years and years after the first car - and bought an L322 AutoBiograpthy 2003 TD6 - 2 years ago (Wonderful car! - lots of quirks!). Then a year ago as a second car for work use I bought a 1999 Freebie XEDI - L series.. Both have thier issues, constant maintenace, classic faults...etc etc.... I love them both!!
