Right my injectors are ok, replaced the injector wiring harness and misfire at low revs and rough idle still there.

I havent got chance to get the rave cd etc so can someone let me know where abouts the fuel pressure sensor is as i believe this is the next thing for me to try.

Thanks a bunch

Does your freebe also make a pinking type noise when pulling away?

rekon that could be the td4's version of normal diesel 'knock'

the injection sequence is divided into 'pre' and 'main' ..
i.e two injections per power stroke .. ..

pre-injection is at 60 deg BTDS
main injection is at 25 deg BTDS

( thought i read somewhere about a 'post' injection as well
( above info be from " the M47r diesel engine workbook"

seems to vanish when the turbo gets into gear doing it's job ..

.. did notice that 'pinking' .. more .. after installing a synergy 2a

( deleted part of the above .. 'cause a theory hit a bit of a snag .. lack of info .. as-it-were )
( i.e. how many actual occurences of fuel ignition take place during one power-stroke )
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
btw: the voltage supply to that 'rail pressure sensor' .. is only 5v ..
wouldn't take much .. dirt / corrosion on the contacts to disrupt that ..
good idea to have an anti-corrosion layer on all the td'4s sensor and injection electro contacts
as the harness area is prone to collecting rain-water ..
( no idea what voltage runs thru the injectors solenoids )
