fuel lift pump for 12j

I am looking to buy a spare lift pump for the 12j engine in my 2a. I assumed that original L/R would be the best choice but I read somewhere that Delphi is a better option. Prices of pumps vary between about £15 to £45. Can anyone advise me which is the best choice for reliability and long life?
