Good condition, only very light marks on the screen from daily use. Nothing that you can feel and nothing that you can see once the phone is on. Also nothing that wouldn't polish out.
Unlocked. Tested that myself by trying an O2, Tesco and EE sim card.
Unused headphones (still wrapped). New flip case.
