Can anyone please explain how to remove the transfer case output flange? I'd like to replace the propshaft bolts. Engaging difflock, 5th gear and hand brake is still not enough to stop the shaft from turning.

Furthermore, with difflock engaged, when rocking the flange to and fro, I am hearing a metallic squeak. Sounds like a dry bearing. Any pointers?

I made my own version using a flat bar and drilled a few holes at given distance for the different flange PCD I use. Or use a couple of bolts and a long bar to lock the flange.

Cheers
