outer just slips on once the diff is back in its case then the spacer washer goes on and then the flange followed by another washer and then the nut as far as i remember.

I think we are at cross puposes here, I am talking about the front propshaft out put shaft bearing, as in front shaft off, drive flange off, circlip out, shaft & bearing out, no puller so outer race and bearing off with and with a bfh cracking the outer race , inner race off with a slitting disc, So will the new bearing chap on with said bfh or is it a trip to the man with a presshope you can help cheers

are we talking diff or tranny end? if its the diff then its prop off, flange off outer bearing will fall out once the diff is pulled from the case tw@t the race out from inside the diff and drive new race in using old one slit with disc diff back into case slip over new bearing washers et al, if tranny then the same but the bearing is not a taper bearing and needs to be removed after you have taken out the big circlip in the tranny case, hang fire i will try and get the image up so we are talking about the same thing, wanna go to pm?

reet then its a doable job but you will need some decent picks or small hooked type things to get the old roller bearing out, dont forget the circlip as that really stops it all moving about and it really really wont come out with that still in-place, dont ask me how i know ;)
and try and get a new felt washer to stop any oil leaking through the shaft and fit a new oil seal too.

good luck.

bearing is stc1130 and if you remove flange seal and circlip ,then replace flange with nut you can lever bearing and shaft out together , then swap bearing and tap both back in preferably with copper or other soft face hammer
