Hi All..!!!!

After many months of scouring and digesting all this information on Freelander Mods and hours of watching items on E-Bay, I have finally took the plunge and took a week off work and here's what I have done.
  1. Removed the VCU and Props.
  2. Removed the Large Rear Silencer.
  3. Removed the cat.
  4. Fitted Range Rover side vents.
  5. Fitted a S/S EGR Bypass.
  6. Fitted a K & N Air Filter.
  7. Replaced the Turbo vent filter with a S/S breather.
  8. Replaced complete Crankcase Breather.
  9. Fitted a Synergy 2 Tuning Module.
  10. Fitted a LCD Engine Bay Heat and Moisture Monitor.
  11. Replaced all the hoses with Silicone and Polished Aluminium pipes.
  12. Painted the Engine Cover, Oil Filler Cap and Dipstick.
  13. Applied a few Personal touches via a few stickers.
  14. Full Service (ALL oils, ALL filters etc), (Fully synthetic 5/40).
  15. Waxoyled underside of car.
Already using Shell V-Power Diesel and
Millers Eco-Max Diesel. (100ml per tank).

Am I proud of myself..!!!!:D

WOW.....The car goes like S**T off a hot shovel.........!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Virtually no turbo lag, the acceleration in 3rd, 4th, and even 5th is out of this world for a lump like this. It's like a constant flow of power and boy does it sound sweet, LIKE A LARGE CAT PURRRRRING.....!!!!!!!!!!!

Now getting 460-480 miles to the tank.

No issues so far, MOT pass no issues, although I did leave Cat on till afterwards, "COWARD I KNOW"..!!!!

Would recomend these mods to anyone.
Many thanks to my Insurance Company for only putting up my premium by around £50.00. (Not too sure if I can plug on here..????).

Here's some pics as well, enjoy.

My Album has pics if cannot see here..!!!!

Hmmm..?? That was the thing I obviously didn't learn off all these site is posting threads and then recieving insults..!!!!:):doh: The bloody government made me sell my TD5. I guess you can blame them for me turning a little more feminine in the car stakes.....Oh Well at least it's still a Land Rover..!!!!:D

Sure am..!!! No issues so far. No dragging that hefty back side behind and no more growning on full lock..!!! Feels a lot lighter in the steering department and the only one issue, if you can call it an issue, is when pulling away turning out of a junction on a bit of an incline or when vcery wet, the front wheels are easy to spin. You have to be a bit more controling of the clutch..!!! Otherwise a much better drive. I have even still go off road over grass and divits and so far holding well. Managed up hill today on very frosty grass, no issues..!!!

WOW...... Sorry a bit winded:blabla:..!!! Short answer,,,,YES!! :)
