freelander td4 fuel bleed

right help with this one please

changed the fuel filter on a td4 in the rear arch.

gone to start the car and have the ecu light staying on and car wont start the pump in the arch started to make its noice and now wont

i have checked that its all plugged in and is and is getting power which it is.

i have plugged it up to obd and have fault codes p1260 and p1255 which is fuel system

from my under standing the system has shut the car down stopping it from starting due to the fuel presure being low from having no fuel in the lines??? am i right

any ideas on getting it started, i have tried tow starting to no joy!

Filter connectors all clicked into lock position?, or one of the pump cables come loose?
