Faulty or damaged injectors
Incorrect injection timing (could be a worn timing gear or damaged crankshaft keyway).
Low cylinder compression

do you think changing the injectors and this problem are related?

i'd check them mate ;)

i havent changed the injectors yet will try and check the things you said though

just an update i towed the car along today to bump start it and it started and drove home fine no problems switched it off and tried to start it and it fired up fine i did notice when i followed it home there was blue smoke coming from it but that did clear after about 2 miles does this help narrow down problems at all
