Freelander 2

I am considering the purchase of a Freelander 2, I already have a V plate TD and a 55 plate TD4, both diesel, and so am aware of their problems, my question is does the 2 have the same problems as the 1s, or is it totally different set of problems, as they do not seem to get mentioned on here to often. Your (sensible) opinions please.

some have clutch slip, some have steering rack problems, sometimes the key fob won't come out and then it don't start, some leak water through high brakelight, but on the whole they is better than freely one
