Hi, I have a 2007 Freelander 2.
When the car is running, the side lights and dipped beam are on all the time - but the full beam won't work at all.
The light switch (to the right of the steering wheel) does nothing....
Any suggestions please.....????

Does it have automatic headlamps?

Yes, it does….
Ok. So you could try a hard reset, which is basically removing power from the vehicle by disconnecting the battery for about 30 minutes. You can shorten this time by shorting the leads together (not shorting the battery), then reconnect and see if the issue has gone away. If that doesn't work, you'll need a code read on CJB to see if there are any fault code (DTCs),showing up.

Oh and you will need to reset the windows after the battery is reconnected, but that's easily done by following the instructions in the owners handbook.
