Hi To all,

This is my first post so put it here as was unsure. have enjoyed reading posts and has helped me to repair/understand a lot more about Freelander's. I now however have a question regarding the seatbelt light on dash. I have looked at all of the relevant posts on this topic but cannot find an answer, so here go's

The dash seatbelt warning light does not come on. I have checked under seats and have yellow connectors so pre tensioners on seatbelts. SRS light functions as it should so no problem there. If however I do a self diagnostics test the seatbelt light illuminates, which seems to me that it is connected and should therefore be working all of the time? Any advice on this would be appreciated or just a slagging for having a Freelander !!:pound:

The seatbelt light on my facelift has never illuminated either. Don't think they do in the UK. Not sure where you are located but the US maybe different.

You will probably get more replies by posting in the dedicated Freelander section, but members on here usually like an introduction in the "introduce yourself" bit first.

:welcome2:
