Freelander 1.8xei Thump??

Hi all, when driving i can hear a slight knocking from the rear and sometimes when i let the clutch out i get a thump noise from the rear? Any ideas??
 
Yes i ave a good idea sounds like the rear diff front mount only about 16 pound to buy but more difficult to fit on your back main dealer will charge about 15 mins to fit hope this helps tiga.
