For disco 3 owners

Iv dented the passenger door well someone has!!! Wife says it wasn't her but it was!

Anywho I'm getting it repaired and sprayed up question is how to remove the external plastic trim runner without damaging it.

It's just above the trim where the dent is

let tha garage whos repairing it remove it,unless your gonna repair it yrself then i cant help most are bonded on with a 3m type tape

Well he's a friend of mine I'm gonna do the prep and he's gonna spray the door I gues il just have to see how I get on with it see if I can dig it off I just thought it might be screwed on from the other side or have pop lugs which means door card removals etc which I didn't want todo
