fixing in my mud flaps

hi guys , got my mudflaps today thanx to bandit, an just went to fir them but it seems the original screws are slightly worn an i just cant get them out as i imagine they haven't been touched since she was new lol so does anyone have any suggestions , there Phillips screws but just worn abit an as they fit through the plastic an metal they just don't seem to have any grip either like there not on right?

i had the same issue when I came to fit my mud flaps! all I did was get a small angle grinder and grind a grove across the screw head and with the vibration of the grinder and a large flat head screw driver the screws came out really easily

Locking grips? Used them and also hacksaw to make a groove

Make the hammer bounce on them first to loosen all the crud built up.

That's one downside to everything being made out of plastic. No solid panels they all flex
