Hi people.
Just changed the crank sensor on my 1999 V8 auto having finally got the right piece of kit from the local dealer. thats cured it cutting out when it gets upto temperature. A new problem has arisan now. I've noticed the display which usually shows what gear you are in either P,R,N,D etc is now flashing with all the above superimposed on each other so to spaka. Also, I have no indicators, hazards, screen heaters and central locking. I've checked the usual, relays, fuses and all appear fine. Once its warmed up, after about 45 mins, I get the indicators and the like and the drive display goes back to normal, but once its cold, all the faults come back. Anyone got any ideas?
She's been sat out in all this cold weather recently and the carpet has gotten very wet, I think the sunroof drains are blocked, so could damp be affecting the wiggly's?
