Ecu bcu swap?

Hi folks got a 2000 disco td5 with bcu problems gearbox in limp mode, windows dont work, crntral locking not working ect.
Problem was rotten footwell and water got into bcu.

Question is can i get a ecu, bcu, keys and intrsument cluster from a doner vehicle and swap it over plug in and it will work or does it still need programming?

Hi. If you are sure that the BCU is fubar you need only the BCU and programming, no need to pay for all the parts you mentiined cos programming is still needed as i doubt that you find a donor which is 100% the same... for such swap a diagnostic tool is compulsory.
