Just replaced front left height sensor due to EAS Fault FL signal error.
Original was 360 degree type but replacement is 160 degree with bracket.
There is no way the bracket with 2 holes & 2 studs will fit the existing holes and line up properly.
I fitted it without the bracket & it appeared to be working until calibration.
When I get sensor heights using RSW software, they are as follows with heights set correctly...
190 124
126 119
Obviously front left is not close to others so assume the bracket is needed.
I now get EAS fault FL Valve not shut.
I have rebuilt the compressor so air pressure is good.
I have tried a replacement EAS block with the same fault code.
I can only assume the supplied sensor or bracket is incorrect.
Thoughts please.
