Can anyone recommend a good supplier for drums/shoes for a TD4 at a competitive price?

Presume these are fairly easy to replace.

thanks. B

You haven't put your location in your profile so we cant recommend local places....

But I've used LRSeries too. One of thx few websites that give you an easy comparison between genuine, original quality and cheapo pattern parts and the postage is fair too.

Cheers

Thanks for the pointers - may try them, their prices look competitive. Are the cheaper drums worth going for, in anyone's experience? Might also invest in a haynes manual, or is the drum/shoe replacement as straightforward as these things can be?

This is where I got my discs drums pads and some other stuff Mail Order 4x4 Freelander Brakes I had new genuine shoes.Easy to fit the drums, but get the haynes manual,it will save you money.
I ordered all the springs ,clips and pins this morning from my local factors €12.30 for a kit which does both sides. All mine are rusted almost to bits.
When I bought my hippo it had fishing stickers all over it,so I think it must have been backed into the sea to pick up a boat.
