drumming nnoise after rebuild

just rebuilt a 300 tdi 90 on galvy chassis all new bushes discs pads ect
on way to get motd after driving up to 50 on de exelaration theres a bad drumming noise comming from tub
checked all all seems fine changed the propshafts still the same
i have around 30mm free play on rear salisbury diff ??
any ideas folks

are props phased correctly ,your not in diff lock

what you mean by phazed
as i have never ever put them on a special way before on any rebuilds and never had a problem james

the relationship between the yokes at either end as below

i will have a look and see but i have not split them
as for sliding part do they go to transfere or axel ??

rear slide is at t/box end front slide at axle end though that doesnt effect balance

My bet is on exhaust moving to contact chassis as you slow down.

do you think axel is the problem ?? around 30/40mm play
