Wondering if anyone has any ideas on why my divers side sidelights keep fusing, I have checked all the connections that i can find. The annoying thing is the dash lights go out when it fuses so i can see bugger all. I do have a lamp thats gone in the dash, Could it be that?

If it only blows the fuse when you switch the lights on it will be somewhere between the switch and the lights. Otherwise it will be somewhere between the fuse and the switch. There will be a wire that has rubbed against something or been pinched until the insulation has worn through. It will then short to earth and blow the fuse.
You need to carefully check all of the wiring along its whole length (not just the easy bits) to find the problem.
If you still cant find it then easiest and quickest way is to disconnect the old wiring and rewire everything in new.
Many years ago I completly rewired my old SIIa lights front and rear using a single length of heavy gauge trailer cable. Talk about keep things simple - it was great. Never gave me a problem after that.

DON'T be tempted to try a bigger capacity fuse or you'll soon have a fire on your hands.
