Discovery 2 Air suspension

Hi All….Small problem with air suspension on D2,when I press the button to lift suspension it lifts no problem but after a couple of minutes the light starts flashing and it drops again to standard height

You probably have a leak in fold of the air bag. Having said that, I would have thought it would deflate fully if there was a leak at all. In theory though, if there is a small leak in the fold, where small grit etc can gather, when it’s not extended it “could” seal itself. Hope that makes sense !!

+1 on above advice. When in extended mode give the bags a good spray with soapy water and look for bubbles.

Hi, is this happening stationary or while driving? if it's while driving is normal if you exceed the "ORM disable" speed limit

It’s only while driving

Then it's normal as long as it happens like it's described in the WSM or in the owner's manual(which would be good to read to avoid panic when a system works as it should). ( *ORM = off road mode )
