Disco td5 2001 front axle seal leak.

Another day in the paradise of disco ownership

Front passenger side axle seal has gone. Going by manual looks straight forward drawing out drive shaft but are the special tools for insertion of new seal required?
Grateful for any advice as always.

Make sure you get the correct size seal. There was a spate of incorretly manufactured ones which had too small an inside diameter and the mud shield destroyed them very quickly.
