Disco TD 5 Starting problem

My Disco has just started acting up today. From cold it turned over quickly but wouldnt start.After some cranking it fired up. Did a 20 mile trip, left it half an hour and had the same problem. It starts up immediately after stopping with no bother.

It seems like fuel starvation. The only thing I have done is change the fuel filter but that was 200 miles ago.

Any common issues to look at please?

1. Tomorrow morning turn ignition on position II and leave it so for 3 minutes...then try to start it....if it will fire up easy it means it had air in the system..... listen to the pump if it's noisy or not
2. if no joy with this procedure there are two valves within the filter housing: air bleed valve(WJN500110) in the rear outer pipe and non return valve(VUB503950) in the rear inner one(as u look to the filter near the wheel) ... they are cheap so better replace them both.
3. If nothing helps then unfortunatelly it looks like worn injector seals.....
