Hi all, myself and my mate are planning on replacing the rear passenger door at the weekend. Never attempted before, new one is off a breaker model. Door comes without glass and internal gear (obviously have this on the existing door). Any tips or pointers would help? Or where if you have seen any YouTube videos of this being done - your advice greatly received!

Plus one for Badgers comment above.
The top frame will have to be removed on the existing door to remove the glass after u have removed after u have detached the regulator, the regulator and electric motor and be removed as one.
U will have the elect wiring and door lock to deal with.
Tip one, take a photo at each stage of the original fit.
Tip two. Don’t move the regulator from the motor, so it keeps it original position with the class when the glass is refitted, otherwise the glass may not close properly.
Other wise it straight forward, issues maybe rust screws, bits and bobs.

Hi its a straight forward job, I replaced my rear nearside a few years ago, as the say take lots of photos, so remove the door card, take the glass out you may power to activate the window motor, then unplug the wiring mark the lugs with tape and write on them what it does, generally they will only fit one thing, when you have the glass out remove the wiring harness and remove the door , I fitted the new bare door, as it light as it empty so easy to maneuver about, then installed the wiring, then window
