I have a disco 1 300 tdi 96 reg - When i use my indicators, handbrake, brake lights i have a momentery loss of electrical power (ie radio stops for a split second and dash dials stop for a split second). It doesn't always happen but seems to be getting worse and worse. Any ideas what might be causing it? Could it be the earths or battery?

I think your problems are related to your hot handbrake post.
Do the three earths and see what happens.

If U assayed everything without any effect...check the contacts inside the BCU....happened to me once, I had to dessasemble it and bind the contacts with a soldering gun........I say again if every other possibilities are out.

i used to have a 200 tdi and had a problem that started like yours and slowly got worse to the point of not starting. It turned out to be the fusable links arround the off side inner wing.
Strip the loom back along the main battery cable to find the links, you sould notice some corrosion arround the cables/links simply strip the insulation and reterminate. I bound the ends together with copper cable and soldered with a blow tourch, plumbers flux and solder.
I hope this helps
