Disco 2 LED Headlights

I've had a search on this subject and most of the hits are regarding Series and Defenders. Daisy is a 2004 Disco 2. I spend a lot of time on the road between Canberra and Melbourne in the dark; pitch black middle-of-nowhere dark and there are kangaroos lurking. For those of you outside Australia you would not believe the damage a kanga-strike can do to a car, how hard they are to spot, how suicidal Skippy is and just how many of them there are. As if that was not bad enough, a wombat-strike can wreak havoc underneath the car! (Stop laughing!) I'm considering fitting LED globes to the high beam reflectors in order to give me and Daisy a fighting chance. You can go for hours without meeting oncoming traffic. I've had a look on ebay and the prices range wildly from $100s to $10. Me baffled. Where do I start?

IMHO... I'd go and add LED spotlights in your case.

Avoid cheap ones is the advice I seem to pick up from reading about led bulbs. I'd consider a good quality LED lightbar and snowplough blade.

The problem IMO is that you'll hardly find a good way to addapt the LED light in the facelift lamp as to have enough space for the cooler

Fit an LED light bar, the larger the better.
